A Welcoming Church at the Heart of Bertram
Welcome to One Heart City Church, a Christ-centred community church devoted to proclaiming the life-changing power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe that through a personal relationship with God, lives are transformed, hope is restored, and true joy and peace are found. Our heart is to walk alongside individuals and families as they grow in faith, deepen their understanding of God’s Word, and experience His grace in everyday life.

At One Heart City Church, we firmly believe that prayer is the foundation and lifeblood of a strong, vibrant, and enduring faith. Through prayer, we seek God’s guidance, strength, and presence in every aspect of our lives. Each Wednesday, we gather as a church community to faithfully intercede for our families and loved ones, for the needs of our city, and for the concerns of our nation and the world.
We are confident that prayer is a powerful and effective means through which God moves, brings comfort, and works transformation. It is a time of unity, reflection, and spiritual renewal as we come together with one heart and purpose. All are warmly welcome to attend and participate in our weekly prayer meeting, which is normally held at the residence of Sis. Mildred at 18 Abingdon Crescent, Wellard.
At our weekly Bible Study service, you are given the opportunity to learn more about the Word of God, reflect on its teachings, and discover practical ways to apply biblical truths in your everyday life. Through engaging discussions, interactive activities, and relevant, life-applicable teachings, our Bible Study service is designed to help you grow in your faith and deepen your relationship with God.
This Bible Study is held immediately after our Sunday service, providing a meaningful time to continue learning, fellowship, and spiritual growth together.
Our Youth Service is a space created for young people to belong, grow, and encounter God in a real and personal way. It is a time for students and young adults to come together, build genuine friendships, and discover what it means to follow Jesus in today’s world. Through relevant messages, interactive activities, and open conversations, we encourage youth to ask questions, strengthen their faith, and develop a deeper relationship with God.
We believe young people are not just the church of tomorrow, but an important part of the church today. Our youth are empowered to actively participate, serve, and use their gifts to glorify Jesus. We aim to cultivate a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where every young person feels valued, challenged, and encouraged to live out their faith with confidence and purpose.
Our Sunday Service is a time for everyone to come together and encounter God in a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere. It is a space to pause from the busyness of everyday life, refocus your heart, and experience meaningful praise, worship, and the teaching of God’s Word. Whether you are seeking encouragement, peace, or a deeper connection with God, you are warmly invited to join us.
